At Angel Homebrew, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

If shipping is not enabled for your location or have any queries about shipping, please contact us for assistance.

Order Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched on the same day, using the carrier service selected during checkout.
• Please note that some carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, so if you require weekend delivery, please consider selecting a service that includes Saturday options.

Shipping Options & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We present the available delivery options with the cheapest and fastest methods highlighted at the top of the list.

Shipping fees cover not just postage but also handling and packaging costs. We take special care with fragile items to ensure they arrive safely.

If you’ve requested that your package be left in a safe place, please note this is at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage once the package is left outside the delivery address.

Couriers next day delivery services are not guaranteed and shipping not refunded should a carrier experience any delays with their service

Note customers can return unwanted items at their own shipping cost within 14 days.  Items will be checked and must be as new, unused, and resaleable and the products cost only will be refunded

Tracking & Packaging

• We provide tracking information for orders where it’s available.
• Whenever possible, we use recycled packaging to minimize waste. If your order is not suitable for recycled materials, we will use new packaging to ensure its safety.

Carrier & Service Changes

We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier that offers an equivalent service, should the need arise.

Shipping Cost Discrepancies

While we make every effort to ensure accurate shipping calculations, in rare instances, there may be a miscalculation. If this happens, we will promptly contact you to either correct the shipping cost or issue a refund. If you believe the shipping fees are incorrect, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Courier Damage

We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or contents, report it to us within 3 days of receipt.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s). external packaging, internal packaging if applicable and of the shipping label on the box
• A brief description of the issue

Unfortunately, claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Special Postcode Charges

Certain areas incur an additional charge for delivery via DPD and Pallet Courier Services. These areas also have extended delivery time rather than next day:

• Northern Ireland
• Isle Of Man
• Isle Of Wight
• Scilly Isles
• Scottish Highlands (postcodes: AB36-38, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PA80, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 )
• Scottish Islands (postcodes: - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3)

For these locations, we will contact you directly with the correct shipping cost, or you may opt to cancel your order and receive a full refund if preferred.
