Can hold a 90 minute mash to within 1 degC.
Note the 12L size thermos pot has no tap so conversion to use a ball valve requires drilling the necessary holes
Alternatively can be converted to have a bottom drain. Please add the "Thermos Pot Bottom Drain Conversion" item to your cart for this and choice of 2 piece or 3 piece ball valve
Please note the handles are not suitable for carrying the pots when they contain a reasonable amount of liquid and the pots should be drained before moving using the handles
