if i want to mash at 66.8, what temp would be advised to set for mash in? or can i simply set it at desired temp and slowly stir in grains. i have found that if i set it higher to allow for cooling the mash spends too long at a higher temp and the whole grain bed will take quite a long time to cool ...

has anybody worked out any settings for the new brew devil to input into the equipment list for brewsmith 2.
